Original cash register receipt is required for all
returns/exchanges.
All merchandise returned for any reason must be in original
condition. |
Textbooks:

final after 24 hours. |

New textbooks
must not have any bent or torn pages, marks, writing,
highlighting or other damage. Some shrink-wrapped books or
packages are not returnable if opened. Textbooks with computer
software cannot be returned if software is opened. |

No returns are
accepted for course packets, imported foreign language books,
or any book or package marked "Not Returnable." |

Online Textbook Orders:
Refund policy is the same as
in-store purchases.
NOTE: When ordering on-line you will
by default receive used books " if available". If no used book
are
available, you will receive new books. If you do not want new
or want new only, please type your preference in the comments field.
All On-line orders receive a 5% discount
for the total amount of the order. Shipping is not discounted.
